Vinci Surveys was established in 2014 by proprietor Sean Rees MSc. TCInstCES. However, the venture began in 2005 – with experience and knowledge gained throughout the journey, and continuing…we never stop learning, and improving our service.
The education and accreditation achieved, coupled with the experience and knowledge obtained – has led to skills being developed that combine traditional surveying techniques and modern practices.
